Privacy policy
Privacy for a quit-support app needs clarity, restraint, and a direct contact path.
SmokeFreeQuest collects account, profile, and smoking-cessation support data so the app can run your companion, daily rituals, recovery flows, community features, and raids. We do not sell health-related data or share it for advertising.
Data categories
Account data, onboarding profile, quit date, smoking-cost inputs, notification preferences, and companion state.
Progression events such as daily check-ins, craving sessions, slip and recovery records, community reactions, reports, and raid participation.
Operational records such as audit logs, moderation handling data, and privacy-request status tracking.
Your rights
Authenticated users can export their data, request corrections, and permanently delete their account.
Previously sent reactions are anonymized to "Former User" when an account is deleted so recipients keep context without retaining your identity.
Questions, complaints, and correction requests can be submitted through the in-app privacy center or through the contact path below.
Safeguards
Community and raid surfaces avoid showing exact streaks, quit reasons, slip history, and recovery details.
Slip notes are encrypted at rest in production. Sensitive progression and reward logic is kept server-side.
Moderation, block, report, and review tools are used to reduce abuse and visibility of harmful profiles.
